Travel London, founded in 2004, is a part of the National Express Group’s Bus Division. As well as being one of the largest providers of public transport in the UK, National Express Group operates in North America, and Europe through various coach, bus and rail divisions.

The Group’s Bus Division, operating in the West Midlands and Dundee as well as London, aims to deliver a high-quality bus network for the communities it serves, giving people access to local facilities and providing commuters with regular, fast and frequent services. Travel London itself operates from 6 garages within the south and south west of the capital, running routes for Transport for London, and to many towns and villages in Surrey. Expansion since 2004 has enabled the business to almost double in size, whilst maintaining the core principles of operating a user-friendly, customer-focussed service.
