Services In London
I’ve left something on one of your buses. How can I get it back?
This depends on which route you lost your item. Any item of lost luggage is sent back to the garage that the route operates from - see the route list for further details. Once you have found which garage the route is based at, give them a call to see if the item has been found (calls can be taken from 9am to 4pm Monday-Friday)

Please note that drivers return items of lost property to the garages at the end of their shift. Lost property from Battersea is transferred to Walworth overnight.
If the garage concerned has your item, it can be picked up from the garage itself (free of charge). Occasionally items can be posted to you, though this may involve a charge depending on the item involved.
Each Friday all lost property from all garages is sent to Transport for London’s Lost Property Office, from where items can be collected for a small charge. Further details can be found at by checking the Transport for London website.
